Japan Feb tertiary index up 1.0 pct from Jan; 2nd straight monthly rise

TOKYO (XFN-ASIA) - The tertiary index, which measures spending in the services sector, rose 1.0 pct in February from January, the second straight monthly gain, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry said, citing preliminary data.
